About 6 years ago, while working at a 5 star resort on the Big Island of Hawaii, we hired Susan
to do some work for us. We were all very pleased with Susan. She was personable, and available
whenever we needed her. Susan gave us excellent advice on many aspects of the projects, and
did so promptly. Her in-depth knowledge helped us to avoid making costly mistakes. She took the
time to educate us on our initial choices and did so with tact and patience. She provided us with
all the information we needed to make informed decisions. She proved to be knowledgeable and
trustworthy. Dealing with Susan, I felt she cared as much about this project as she would have
been while renovating her own home. What most impressed me is I had the distinct impression
that Susan was always more concerned with customer service than trying to upsell us to more
expensive products that we didn't really need. I trusted Susan and knew that she would give us
the best possible advice given our budgetary restrictions. Needless to say, years later, everything
still looks great and our guests were quite happy with our choices. Shortly following Susan's work
at the resort, my husband and I bought a house. We intended to paint the entire house but were
at a loss. Having worked with Susan, I knew I could depend on her and engaged her services.
